Anna, Partner of Banned Tennis Star, Addresses Sinner’s Alleged 3-Month Ban Amid Drug Case

Anna kalinskaya, reported to be the longtime partner of a currently banned tennis professional, has broken her silence on claims that Italian star Jannik Sinner faced a three-month suspension earlier this year linked to an alleged doping violation.

The allegations, circulating in European media, suggest the ban was never formally disclosed.

Speaking anonymously to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Anna claimed Sinner’s team “quietly negotiated” the suspension following a disputed drug test result.

“The truth was buried,” she alleged, though she did not provide verifiable evidence. Sinner’s representatives dismissed the claims as “entirely fabricated,” stressing the 22-year-old “has never faced sanctions or failed tests.”

The International Tennis Integrity Agency (ITIA) confirmed it “does not comment on unsubstantiated rumors” but reiterated its “zero-tolerance stance on doping.” ATP Tour officials similarly declined to address the speculation.

Sinner, ranked World No. 8 and a rising star, recently withdrew from two tournaments citing a hip injury, fueling further speculation. His camp attributed the break to “standard medical recovery.”

The sport’s governing bodies face renewed scrutiny over transparency in doping cases. “All penalties must be publicly documented,” argued anti-doping advocate Richard Ings. “Secrecy erodes trust.”

As Sinner prepares for Wimbledon qualifiers, the cloud of controversy lingers. With no formal complaints filed, the claims remain unproven—but the whispers persist.
